My classes are designed to help every body feel stronger, calmer and more confident, whatever your starting point.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced – just come as you are.

Pilates is a mind-body practice. Every movement begins with focused attention – on alignment, control, and breath.

Originally called Contrology – every motion is deliberate and precise. Movements are slow and steady, never rushed.

All movement comes from the body’s “powerhouse” – the core (abdominals, back, hips, glutes).

Every exercise has a purpose. Correct placement and technique matter more than number of reps.

About Jade

Hi, I’m Jade, a certified Pilates instructor based in Herefordshire.
I started Pilates because I wanted to feel stronger and more at home in my body. It changed how I move, how I breathe, and how I feel – and now I love helping others discover that same difference.

My approach is simple: keep it friendly, fun and accessible.
Classes are open to all levels – whether you’re brand new, coming back from a break, or looking to deepen your practice.

Expect relaxed sessions, clear guidance, and a welcoming community.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me planning workshops, retreats, or enjoying a good coffee after class!
